Refund of Registration Fees: Conference registration fees will be refunded automatically. All registration refunds will be processed within 60 days through the registrant’s original method of payment. There is no need to contact SACUBO to initiate this refund.

If you are a first-time attendee, we want to know! Please check the “first-time attendee” box when registering.
Full Registration (member and nonmember): Includes educational sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and special events. It is crucial to provide a valid email address for each registered attendee. Registrants must make their own lodging reservations.
Guest Registration: Includes admission to breakfasts, lunches, and special events.
Note: Badges are required to attend all sessions and events.

Confirmation: A confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact SACUBO at (202) 861-2556 or by email. SACUBO professional development programs are often sell-outs. Please secure air and hotel reservations only after confirmation of registration.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notices must be received in writing via email. Registration cancellations will receive a full (100%) refund up to March 27, 2020. There will be no refund for cancellations after March 27, 2020 and conference no shows.
Substitution Policy: Substitutions of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee’s name and contact information by email.
