Full Registration

Early registration is recommended. Class size is limited; therefore, enrollment in all classes will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Fee includes the following items:

  • Official College Business Management Institute swag.
  • Classroom instruction for all participants and access to course materials via mobile devices.
  • Transportation to and from the conference hotels and the UK campus.
  • Dinner at the Sunday Welcome Buffet, Monday Reception, and Thursday Banquet.
  • Monday lunch and photo, Tuesday lunch.
  • Monday – Thursday continental breakfast, refreshment breaks.

Registration Confirmation

A confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact Event Producers at (425) 420-1680 or by email.

Please secure air and hotel reservations only after confirmation of registration.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation notices must be received in writing by Event Producers via email. Registration cancellations received on or before Friday July 1, 2022, are eligible for a refund less a $50 administrative fee and the payment processing fee. Registrants cancelling after Friday July 1, 2022, and conference no-shows are liable for the full amount due. Payments by check will be refunded by check after the conference. Refunds for credit card payments will be processed within three (3) business days of receipt of cancellation request. Payment processing fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after Friday July 1, 2022.

Substitution Policy

Substitutions are accepted. Please send us an email if you wish to substitute for an existing registration. You will need to provide the registration confirmation number of the person you are substituting for as well as written approval from the original registrant. If your substitution request is not approved by the original registrant, you will have the option to pay or cancel your request. Event Producers will confirm all substitution requests.

Payment

The University of Kentucky has contracted with Event Producers to manage conference registration. Event Producers accepts payment by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express) or check. A W-9 is available at this link.

To pay by check, make check payable to Event Producers FBO University of Kentucky. Mail a copy of your payment along with your invoice to Event Producers, 14911 Chain Lake Rd., PMB M302, Monroe, WA 98272-8766.

Attendees with an outstanding balance will not receive conference materials or be able to attend conference sessions until the balance is paid in full.
