Student Center Executive Director

Job Summary

The Executive Director for the 378,000 sq. ft. Gatton Student Center provides efficient management and fiscal control of an annual $15M budget. This position supervises and provides human resource strategic leadership for 130 staff (7 direct, 123 indirect) and ensures programs are provided to support quality of student life and foster holistic student development. The director provides regular consultation on regulations and policy matters, as well as oversees strategic planning, and capital project management for the Gatton Student Center. The Executive Director also provides strong collaboration with partnerships within the building in support of both contractual leases and university programs.
