2020 Business Management Institute – “The Virtual Experience”

August 3-7, 2020

WACUBO will host its Business Management Institute (BMI) – “The Virtual Experience” on August 3-7. This multi-day event is designed to deliver the administrative skills and management concepts needed by individuals who are in the business of higher education. The multi-track institute offers a curriculum applicable to college and university business management professionals at various career levels – from individuals in the earlier stages of their career seeking to increase their knowledge of working across the whole university system to seasoned professionals interested in case studies, personnel management, and strategy planning.

Invitation from WACUBO to SACUBO Members

WACUBO extends an invitation to SACUBO members to the 2020 BMI Virtual Campus Experience.

Courses include Difficult Decisions: Problem Solving During Uncertain Times; Strategy in Times of Crisis; Using Project Management for Success in Any Environment; Generations Adapting to Stay-at-Home; Essential Leadership Skills in Challenging Times; Building Trust Relationships in the Virtual World; and more!

For Monday, August 3 through Thursday, August 6, the days on campus will engage you in morning courses with interactive segments, give you a 3–hour mid-day break, and then bring you back to campus in the afternoon for classroom and connect experiences. Friday, August 7 will be morning only. BMI’s Virtual Campus schedule will run on Pacific Daylight Time (PDT), and every day will include networking groups, live Q&A, time with BMI faculty, special connections, and access to BMI’s expected high-quality professional development experience.

BMI’s Virtual Experience will bring you to a virtual web-portal campus with a Course Gallery, Directories of Attendees and Faculty, CPE certification attendance collection, plus Classrooms for General Sessions, Tracks, Breakouts, and Connections.
