Scholarships are Available – Application Period Opens Mid-July
SACUBO will provide ten scholarships of $1,000 each for individuals to attend the 2022 Fall Workshop in Savannah. The purpose of the scholarships is to promote professional development for individuals whose institution cannot afford to send an employee to this Workshop. The applicant’s college or university must be a member of SACUBO for the application to be considered. The application period will close on August 26. Applicants will be notified of their status no later than September 9.
The Fall Workshop is an excellent opportunity to earn continuing professional education credits. Earn CPE credits as you attend sessions, confer with colleagues, and meet industry leaders from across the region. Participants who attend all educational sessions offered will be able to earn up to an estimated 15 CPE credits.
Certificates will be emailed approximately four weeks after the meeting.
The Southern Association of College and University Business Officers (SACUBO) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: NASBAregistry.org.
