Why Attend?

SACUBO will host its 7th Annual Women’s Leadership Forum in March 2022. This is a two-day forum for current and future women leaders in higher education. The program is designed to provide speakers who are experts in topics related to women in leadership positions, high-level executive coaching sessions, interactive group discussions, and networking opportunities to help you position yourself for effective leadership and executive placement.

Stronger Together

Stronger Together

The theme for the 2022 Women’s Leadership Forum is Stronger Together. Women working together to support each other translates to success. Together we can make a difference and ensure everyone is included and heard. Together we flipped our campuses and addressed issues that came up throughout the pandemic.

We are resilient and stronger now than ever before, and we are ready to be back together again in person. We are Stronger Together.

You are on mute! How many times since March 2020 have you heard someone say that? What would it look like for you to go beyond zoom and learn to “unmute yourself” in your career so you can have more of the opportunities and experiences that make you feel purposeful, energized, and alive?

With her vibrant energy and authentic and engaging style, Rachel creates space for reflection and transformation and facilitates conversations that lead to sustained and meaningful change. She is a catalyst who sparks insight and action and empowers people to live and lead more intentionally so they can thrive at work and at home.
