SACUBO is a volunteer-led organization and relies on the contribution of leadership skills, expertise, and time from its members.
The SACUBO Board is currently comprised of 19 members. The Nominations Committee recommends candidates for Board positions, and the membership elects the Board members at the Annual Meeting. The Board typically meets 4 times per year, and members participate in conference calls as required. For additional information on responsibilities for Board positions, please see the Bylaws.
SACUBO Committees serve in various capacities. Appointments to Committees reflect the diversity of the SACUBO membership regarding gender, ethnic background, institution type, and geographic dispersion. Care is taken to ensure an appropriate balance of committee members. Most Committees meet several times per year either in person or by conference calls. For additional information on Committee responsibilities, please see the Committees Members List.
