SACUBO invites you to join us in Lake Buena Vista, Florida for the 2019 Annual Meeting. The official dates of the meeting are April 7-9, 2019. Join your peers from higher education institutions around the region for relevant and quality professional education and networking opportunities. In the evenings, enjoy the entertainment, dining, and shopping opportunities in Lake Buena Vista and the surrounding area.
SACUBO will provide twelve scholarships of $1,000 each for individuals to attend the 2019 Annual Meeting in Lake Buena Vista. The purpose of the scholarships is to promote professional development for individuals whose institution cannot afford to send an employee to this conference. The applicant’s college or university must be a member of SACUBO for the application to be considered.
The application deadline has past. Applicants will be notified of their status no later than February 15.
Confidential career coaching sessions with Diane Fennig, Senior Consultant with The Human Capital Group, will be available to individuals from colleges and universities who have registered for the conference. These are 30 minute sessions, and you must register in advance for a time slot. Prior to the Annual Meeting, attendees will receive an email with additional information and a link that can be used to sign up online for some one-on-one time devoted to personal development!
Attendees who have worked in higher education for fewer than three years are invited to attend the New to Higher Education breakfast session on Monday, April 8 from 7:30 am to 8:30 am. This session will provide an opportunity for you to connect with your colleagues and discuss the complexities of financial management in a college or university environment. (Seating is limited.)
The Annual Meeting provides an opportunity to earn CPE credits at an affordable cost. Attendees at the 2018 Annual Meeting were able to earn up to 17 CPE credits.CPE Information
