Winters in Charleston are mild. Highs in February tend to run in the low 60s, with nightly lows falling into the 40s. Rainfall amounts decline in the fall and winter, and the average rainfall in February is around 3 inches.

Layered clothing is best. Be sure to have a sweater or light jacket available as it may be cool in the meeting rooms. And, bring a jacket or coat for when you plan to be outside and at night. Casual business attire is suitable for all meeting sessions and receptions.
