Speakers

Marty Herrick, Head of Growth and Lending Partnerships, Clasp

Marty Herrick is a seasoned leader in enrollment management and higher education finance with over 20 years of experience across both public and private sectors. He spent seven years at the University of Arizona, where he held leadership roles in Enrollment and Financial Aid, helping to implement data-driven strategies to improve access and retention. Following his time in public higher education, Marty transitioned to the private education finance sector, where he spent a decade developing innovative financial solutions aimed at improving student outcomes and institutional sustainability.

Most recently, Marty served as Vice President of Enrollment at Avila University in Kansas City, Missouri, where he oversaw both admissions and financial aid operations. In that role, he led initiatives that aligned financial policy with student success, including strategic scholarship optimization and the implementation of access-focused lending solutions.

Marty is currently the Head of Growth and Lending Partnerships at Clasp, where he works closely with colleges and universities to design institutional financing programs that increase yield, reduce melt, and support long-term financial resilience. His expertise sits at the intersection of enrollment strategy, student finance, and equity-driven innovation.

Code of Conduct

In registering for and/or participating in this event, you consent to comply with the Code of Conduct detailed in SACUBO's Event Terms, Conditions, and Policies.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by Wednesday, August 13, 2025, will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Wednesday, August 13, 2025. Technical Failure Policy

I understand that if there is a technical failure at the registrant's home or workplace that prevents access to the live event, the registrant is not eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the event. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned after two hours, SACUBO reserves the right to reschedule the session. If the registrant cannot attend the rescheduled session live, they will be provided with the recording after the session's conclusion, or they may request a prorated refund.

Recording Acknowledgement

I understand that each virtual session may be recorded, including chat transcripts. Video recorded during the event may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, and other print and online materials at the sole discretion of SACUBO. All registered attendees must consent to this if they plan to attend the live sessions.
