Speakers
Lisa Todd, Partner
Lisa has over 20 years of experience as an auditor and business advisor in public accounting, serving both public and private clients in a variety of industries, including development stage companies, not-for-profit, real estate development/home building and employee benefit plan audit services in the Central Region. Lisa assists her clients by advising them on how to appropriately address their unique accounting needs. In an effort to remain current on the auditing and accounting complexities that face her clients, she attends national conferences and webinars hosted by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Department of Labor, and a variety of industry trade groups such as NACUBO and NAIOP. Lisa provides clients with consulting engagements, including operational effectiveness, the timely completion of audits, and communication regarding accounting. Lisa has been awarded a 2008 40 Under Forty Award from New Mexico Business Weekly, was selected as a 2012 Working Mother of the Year in Working Mother magazine, and 2016 was a Woman of Influence by Albuquerque Business First.
Pam Alexanderson, Director
Pam has practiced public accounting since 2008. She has considerable experience in tax compliance and consulting as well as unrelated business income and board governance, and focuses on large multi-national organizations, community charities, health care providers, and educational institutions. Pam devotes much of her time to helping for-profit and tax-exempt organizations with unique tax issues, strategic planning, and compliance services. She sits on the firm’s tax committee for not-for-profit organizations and is a leader of the firm’s not-for-profit tax practice in Albuquerque.
Steve Talbot, Senior Manager
Steve has practiced public accounting since 2013, after a 25-year career in publishing and journalism. He serves a wide range of tax-exempt clients, including community charities, arts organizations, hospitals, and private foundations. Steve works on tax compliance and consulting, including tax research on specific issues affecting the not-for-profit industry. He also writes many of the firm’s articles on topics related to tax-exempt entities.
Ashlee Lent, Senior Manager
Ashlee has practiced public accounting since 2013, and specializes in serving higher education, governmental, and not-for-profit organizations, including single audits. She’s very hands-on with her clients and always strives to provide a smooth audit process. Prior to joining Moss Adams, she served one year as a private accountant for a small business. Ashlee works extensively in the testing of investment portfolios, including cryptocurrencies, with a significant amount of the portfolios including alternative investments. She works with several foundations within the higher education industry.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received by Wednesday, December 4, 2024, will be refunded, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Wednesday, December 4, 2024. Nonpayment Policy
I understand that full payment of the webinar registration fees is required before the start of the webinar. If full payment has not been remitted on or before Wednesday, December 4, 2024, the meeting details will not be sent to the attendee. Once payment has been received, meeting details will be released. Technical Failure Policy
I understand that if there is a technical failure at the registrant's home or workplace that prevents access to the live event, the registrant is not eligible for a refund. It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of the event. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned after two hours, SACUBO reserves the right to reschedule the session. If the registrant cannot attend the rescheduled session live, they will be provided with the recording after the session's conclusion, or they may request a prorated refund.
Recording Acknowledgement
I understand that each virtual session may be recorded, including chat transcripts. Video recorded during the event may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, and other print and online materials at the sole discretion of SACUBO. All registered attendees must consent to this if they plan to attend the live sessions.
